At ILIA, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all products purchased through our website. If a shade isn't your perfect match or a formula doesn't suit your skin, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
